My research interests include innovation management, technology adoption behavior, and knowledge management, focusing on digital disruptive technologies. in my research I investigate how AI agents, blockchain infrastructures, smart contracts, and cryptoeconomic mechanisms enable autonomous economic coordination and transactions

I connect theory and practice by
- giving lectures at national and international universities,
- advising businesses on how to turn digital innovations into strategy,
- performing research on how blockchain, AI, and IoT are transforming business models and industries.
